Our new partners Tagarno AS from Horsens, Denmark and Accesstech AG from Switzerland will be glad to advise you by phone, email or in their stores where you can get a personal demonstration of the reading mobile phone.
TextScout version 1.52
TextScout 1.52 offers you a wider choice of phone models. With the new version, the list of compatible handsets is extended by the Nokia 6700 slide and Nokia N97. Altogether, TextScout now supports eleven different types of mobile phones.
The new Nokia slide phone 6700 is very compact and handy. Due to HSUPA it offers a very fast upload which notably increases the recognition speed of TextScout. However, for some users the keypad may not be as easy to use as those of other models, because the keys are not domed. The larger Nokia N97 is the first touch screen phone supported by TextScout. This smartphone combines a touch screen with an additional qwerty-slide-out keypad with highly tactile keys.

Would you like to experience how TextScout works in practice? So come and visit us at Sight Village Birmingham on 13, 14 and 15 July 2010. Sight Village is a trade fair for exhibitors from throughout the world, organized by the Queen Alexandra College. It is known as the country’s leading expo of access tech solutions. It’s the the second time that elumo participates in this event and gives you the chance to test the mobile text recognition system. Admission is free.
